Wonderful weeknight dish! Used uncooked noodles (b/c that is what I had on hand) - and my daughter wanted all three colors of bell pepper (which gave it lots of color). To reheat, I added a little extra sauce and reheated in the skillet (microwave made noodles a bit chewy) - reheated very well on stove top! Will certainly make this one again!!

Excellent recipe! I thought the dressing would make it a little weird but it gave it the perfect "zip!" It was so quick and easy, too. My wife and I both enjoyed this one! We will definately make this one over and over!

This is a quick and easy receipe to fix. I will use it often and have told several of my friends about it. My husband really did like it and that is saying alot.

I used 4 cloves of garlic in stead of three. It was a little watery so at the end I took it out of the skillet and put it in a baking dish. Put half in and layered it with cheese and than put the rest in and topped it with cheese. Baked it for 5-10 minutes while I cleaned the dishes! YUMMY!!! I don't cook often and I found this one very easy!!

My family enjoyed this--probably more than I did. Next time I make this, I will have to add plenty of cracked black pepper, as I found it to be on the bland side. I did add mushrooms and fresh chopped tomato, but will try more spices next time.

Very easy and good. May add ricotta next time. Also omitted the peppers and added turkey sausage.

Very tasty--it actually tasted like lasagna! I added cottage cheese to it and it basically dissappeared, but ricotta would probably be a great addition. The only qualm I have is that the noodles are difficult to stir and they stuck together. In the future I may make with different noodles.

Very good. It's going in the rotation.

FANTASTIC!!! I wouldn't change a thing. I served it w/Texas Garlic Toast and a salad. It was so easy. It could easily feed 6 people.

I loved how easy this was and how good. I probably wouldn't add the green peppers next time but I added a little cottage cheese this time and it tasted great.
