This was simple to make and tasty. It reheats well the next day which is important for me.

Delicious! We chopped up a jalapeno and added to the recipe, it added a great kick.

My husband and I both liked this dish. Was quite easy to prepare. I added some taco seasoning to the chicken as I cooked that so it had some flavor of it's own too. Also garnished with some hot salsa and some light sour cream - delicious! Even leftovers the next day were good.

This seemed really bland and soupy. We did not really like this. It almost reminded me of chicken & dumplings with cheese and salsa. I will go back to making the original enchiladas that are baked. My boyfriend, who is not picky at all, said almost imediately that he likes the baked enchiladas with enchilada sauce so much better.

It was good a little to meaty for me. Needs some veggies in it maybe broccoli or something. My husband liked it, but he's a meat eater! Easy to make. I may make again, but I will add some veggies.

For a change, everyone liked it! It is what we call "a do again" If my youngest wasn't eating it I would have added a can of chopped Green Chili peppers, to add a little more flavor, but still.....not bad at all! I used rotisserie turkey, so it was even easier. Have also send this out to my friends, quick and easy and good for the picky eaters.

I thought it was bland, but my husband liked it. This came out saucy for me and reminded me of Chicken and Dumplings. I'd make it again but try and add something to give it a little more umph!
