My husband and kids loved this recipe, I on the other hand thought it was just ok, I didn't enjoy eating soggy tortillas. I loved the chicken mixture. I will make this again for my family.

Modifications: added frozen corn, half can black beans, diced chiles, garlic paste, and paprika (for color). I stirred the salsa right in, then served it with fresh sliced tomatoes. YUM :)

I made this one night for my boyfriend and myself because it looked super easy and he absolutely loved it. It was great. Although I made the mistake of trying to put all the tortilla pieces in at once and some of them stuck together.

I did not add the salsa... I cut up some fresh jalapenos, onions add them. At the end I added fresh tomatoes and cilantro.. My husband who does not care for chicken loved it.

Tasted great. Just added more ranch!! When we want enchiladas and don't want to go through the work of real ones, we make this. I think I may adapt it for beef enchiladas!

I made it tonight, and everyone liked it. We all agreed that while it was tasty, it was kind of bland. So I suggest that you do as others have suggested and add something to jazz it up.

I would add pinto beans, black beans, and tomatoes with chilis next time. Might also add taco seasoning.
