This recipe is a very quick way to make enchiladas. I've tried other enchilada recipes that were not as good and took twice the time to prepare. We also used sour cream and salsa as condiments. This recipe will be added to my family's week night favorites.

This recipe is very plain. I will try it again, but maybe I would add a can of tomato's. We put salsa and sour cream on top, which was a good compliment.

I made this recipe and would'nt tell my children or my husband what was in it because they don't like ranch dressing, but they loved it. I put black olives, salsa and sour cream on my helping and it just melted in your mouth. I was pleasantly surprised.

My husband isnt a fan of many recipes from kraft foods magazine. I tend to try at least 4 recipes from each magazine, usually he doesnt like any of them. He loved it and wanted to finish eating the rest of it. I liked it but I also didnt have any salsa at home which would have made it even better.

I am not a big fan of ranch dressing, so I made this recipe without it. Those who wanted ranch added it at the end. Everyone liked this recipe, including people who don't even like Mexican style dishes

This was very good and very simple to make. I added cumin, chili powder and garlic. My family loved it. I will definitely make it again.

I added a packet of enchilada seasoning for extra flavor. I didn't think the sauce was saucy enough, so I then added an extra can of chicken broth and extra ranch dressing and simmered down a little. It turned out more like a enchilada queso soup. We thought it was very good, although my husband said he'd prefer it without the tortillas! I will definately make again. It was very quick & easy!
