I've made this a few times. This time I added chopped fresh cilantro and black olives for a little more flavor. I also added the salsa and mixed it in instead of using it as a topping.

Made as directed (time, and time again!) Great weeknight meal, my picky husband loves it.

This was so good, my kids loved it!! I cooked a chicken in the crockpot a few days before and used that. I doubled the recipe (we like leftovers) and added a 7oz. can of diced green chiles and a can of pinto beans. Very very good, worth a try!!!

FANTASTIC! So creamy and great texture. I served this with fresh tomato wedges and cantelope. Can't wait to fix this again. It was so easy and fast and tasty!

Just made this tonight. I used whole wheat tortillas and added black beans as well as some extra seasonings. Very easy & quick.

Black olives and peppers are a good addition...

I was leery about the ranch dressing, but it gave the sauce a nice flavor without needing to add a bunch of ingredients.

This was a great quick recipe since I already had cooked chicken breasts. My husband, 2 yr old, and 4 yr old all liked it which is rare. I thought it was a little bland, so I added more salsa to mine. I will definitely add black beans next time.

I used Rotel Tomatoes and green chilis instead of the salsa and added some tortilla chips( Nacho Cheese Flavor) and my family ate it up! We will definately be eating this again soon!
