I amde this for the first time tonight, and it was excellent. I added some black beans for more texture, and I used leftover rotisserie chicken instead of chicken breasts. I really love the fact that this took minutes to make, and all the ingreidents are things that I always have on hand. I think next time I will add some diced onion.

Very good! I added some green chilies and a can of Rotel.

Easy to make, very good. Sometimes I add in some Rotel tomatoes for spice. I usually add some fajita seasoning while the chicken is cooking.

So good. I've been making this recipe regularly since it came out in the magazine and we love it. It's like chicken & dumplings, but tex-mex style.

My boyfriend doesn't like ranch so instead I used a little milk, cream, and garlic powder and it turned out great.

we were grossed out by the thought of Ranch and Chicken broth, but it was excellent! I added black beans, corn, onion and red pepper so we can get some veggiews. Will definetly make again.
