THIS WAS AWESOME. I ADDED ANOTHER CUP OF BROTH TO IT AND A FEW MORE RITZ CRACKERS. I WILL BE MAKING IT AGAIN.

I used more Velveeta than called for (because we LOVE cheesy dishes). I melted the cheese with some milk in a separate pot and added some Good Seasons Italian Seasoning to the cheese as it melted. I also added some of the Good Seasons Italian Seasoning to the Ritz crumbs before I browned it in the skillet. It gave it some extra flavor and the dish was DELICIOUS. My 3 children, ages 4-10, my husband, and I all loved it.

This was very good! I would recommend adding a little milk (1/4c) to the recipe when you heat it up in the microwave because it is a bit dry. I also added a little more velveeta to make it cheesier. It was a big hit with my friends!

I made this for Thanksgiving & everyone liked it. I've made it once more since then as well. The second time I made it I left out the Ritz crackers (they don't really add any flavor) & I added some milk which made it more creamy. Very good!

Rice was undercooked and the whole dish turned out very dry. It needed a lot more cheese too.

I've made this a few times. Works well for get togethers out of town since it only takes a few minutes to reheat. Added extra cheese and it was not as dry as the first time I made it. We will make it over and over!

The casserole was on the dry side. I would suggest adding some cream of chicken soup or perhaps cheddar soup to make it creamier.
