I used more Velveeta than called for (because we LOVE cheesy dishes). I melted the cheese with some milk in a separate pot and added some Good Seasons Italian Seasoning to the cheese as it melted. I also added some of the Good Seasons Italian Seasoning to the Ritz crumbs before I browned it in the skillet. It gave it some extra flavor and the dish was DELICIOUS. My 3 children, ages 4-10, my husband, and I all loved it.
