I choose to bake it in the oven right away instead of microwaving it. I think it turned out really tastey.

EVERYONE IN MY HOUSE LOVED IT AND I MADE IT JUST LIKE THE RECIPE SUGGESTED AND IT DIDN'T COME OUT DRY AT ALL.

I agree with everyone else who has commented. This recipe, as it stands, needs more liquid. Having read the reviews before making it, I added another can of soup, but I probably should have added more cheese. I will, next time.

I agree, I had to add double the velveeda the 2nd time I made it and it tasted great!

I made this ahead, using brown rice and frozen broccoli florets. I baked it at 350 for 30 minutes; turned out great. Flavors are mild but a tasty side dish; could use sharper cheese if that is desired.

It was pretty good and easy as well. The one thing I noticed about the dish was that it was not cheesy enough for my taste, but all in all everyone liked how yummy it was!

Made this for a potluck party at work. Everyone loved it. It was a big hit. I did substitute cheddar cheese for velveeta. And the recommended microwave time left it still ice cold, but it warmed up on a hot plate.

It was extremely dry. I even added extra cheese when I heated it up. It was pastey and bland. The recipe stated you could make it ahead and it would be good. I think if you make it and eat right away it would be better, also if you add a can of cream of chicken soup to "wet" the mixture.

Yea... sorry, but my fam really didn't like this one! It was a little too "velveeta-esque" for me... if I was going to try it again with some shred ched or something. :(
