Light & easy. I added fruit and biscuits and this made a great dinner alternative.

This was a tasty and easy recipe - great for brunch. Since I didn't have fresh basil on hand, I just used a couple teaspoons of dried basil and it worked just fine.

I added cheddar cheese also. Very good! Can also add mushrooms.

Easy to make. I added a couple extra eggs to make it fluffier. I served it for family brunch and everyone loved it!

This recipe was great. I made it for my office Christmas breakfast. Everyone loved it. I used canned tomatoes and dried basil which made it even easier. I also added some garlic and a little more bacon than it said. I cooked it the night before without adding the extra cheese on the top, and then I put it back in the oven the next morning to re-heat it and added the cheese on top then.

This was outstanding. I made it for dinner instead of breakfast and it was a huge hit! I put red peppers, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, bacon, cheese, and fresh parsley in it. You could use any fillers you wanted and it would still be just as good! I made it in an 8 x 8 pan so it took a little longer to cook but it was well worth the wait. I didn't have to use any salt or pepper it was perfect without it!
