This was another quick, easy, delicious recipe. We liked it a lot. The fish was very good, although it did take a little longer - by about 3 minutes - than advertized. The carrots came out al dente, which we liked and which we assume was intended.

This was very tasty! I thought it gave the salmon a great taste. The carrots seemed like a odd addtition to the recipe, but it works and my family loves it.

I couldn't find the dressing anywhere and used a roasted garlic and parm instead. I thought that the combo of carrots fish and tomatoes did not work. Took longer to cook the fish than suggested. Was ok, but would not make again.

I used this recipe for inspiration for one of me and my husbands at-home "date nights". We're not super big on carrots, so i didn't use those. But instead I stir fried some peppers, onions, snap peas, and mushrooms with a little bit of regular Italian dressing (couldn't find the dressing the recipe calls for) and served the salmon on a bed of rice and the veggies and a glass of wine. It turned out fantastic!!

Very Good Recipe. Be sure to season the meat before cooking. Otherwise excellent.

Salmon needs some salt and pepper. Otherwise a very good, simple dish.
