The picture alone made this tempting. My husband and son cleaned their plates. My only adjustment would be to next time actually season the fish itself just a bit. I will be making it again.

I wasn't very impressed with this, the carrots were good, but I didn't really like it with the fish.

My husband and friends loved this dish! The only change is I seasoned the salmon with Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning to give the fish a little more flavor.

My children who are 8 and 5 years old love this dish. It is the only fish recipe that they eat. I make the carrots separately by boiling them in chicken broth because my children like a softer consistancy. The carrot slices in the recipe come out al dente. My husband likes the fish with the tomatoes scraped off because he thinks they are too sweet. The fish has a nice flavor from being cooked with the dressing and tomatoes and is very moist and tender.

My husband made this for dinner tonight and it was wonderful. I wasn't sure I was going to like it based on the ingredients but we love it!

I made this without the carrots, I actually made Glazed Carrots separately. I was concerned that the carrots would still be hard when the Salmon was done. It came out great, the Salmon was nice and moist. The tomatoes had a nice flavor.

The recipe needed longer than called for to cook the carrots, plus I really don't think carrots went with this recipe. I did enjoy the flavor of the dressing with the salmon and the rice.
