My son and husband are always skeptical about new things. They loved it! I added carrots, mushrooms and onions along with the broccoli. There was nothing left.

WONDERFUL! Absolutely amazing! I doubled the recipe and used half of the feta. Every time my dad walks through the living room now he feels the need to tell me how delicious it was. If you're a shrimp lover (and who isnt?) you've GOT to try this!

It was very good with Italian diced tomatoes. This was excellent for the little time that went into it.

We love this recipe. I added squash to the recipe too. The feta cheese makes it delicious. I was also thinking of getting the diced tomatoes with garlic.

This was super easy to make and tasted great. We enjoyed the leftovers served over pasta -- this is our preference to rice.

add more italian seasonings - basil and garlic powder. Finally add parsley for the final punch!

Loved the simplicity. Used brown Basmati rice and cooked extra jumbo shrimp (3/4 lb.) and a little onion with white pepper. The two of us ate the whole thing!
