I used a can of Rotel w/chilis in it,,,,,totally awesome! It was enjoyed by all the family....(and I don't even like feta cheese!)

A good variation is to substitute Italian Sausage for the shrimp.

Good mix of flavors and very easy but lacks any wow factor. Surprisingly good for left-overs.

I loved this recipe. The very next day, I made it again only substituting chicken for shrimp and used rotini pasta instead of rice: it was just as good!

We love it! It's so quick and easy to prepare. I did make a few changes-I had a frozen vegetable mix that had zuchinni,yellow squash,and green beans,so I added 2 cups in place of the fresh vegetables. And we did add more of the dressing than the recipe called for. We definitely will make this again!
