I thought this was very flavorful. The Honey Mustard Sauce itself was the best (as long as you didn't let it get too cool where it gets very gelatin-like). I think this recipe could be improved by grilling or broiling the chicken and then topping it with the sauce. It might also be beneficial to add a little bit of milk to the sauce to help the sauce the stay creamy as it cools. The recipe, however, gets an "A" for flavor and simplicity!
