this was fabulous! I did some minor substitutions, but it was very good. I didn't add the mandarin oranges, but instead used some Asian citrus seasoning and instead of chicken broth, I used beef broth. I also added a 1/2 tsp of garlic powder. Wonderful!

I substituted Balsamic vinegarette for the Catalina and brocolli pieces for the stir fry veggies. We liked it very much.

It's a good change from pork. Use any pasta or rice;chow mein noodles I like most. Add 1/2 cup of beef bouillon,(tastes better).

I made this recipe in my Wok, which was my first mistake. The rice was not submerged in the liquid, so it didn't get done. I added 2 more cups of chicken broth and some more soy sauce and salad dressing, and added about 30 minutes cook time, but it still didn't get done. If I were to make it again, I would make the rice separately and add to the stir fried meat and veggies.

This recipe was a big hit with my family.My mother in law was in town and she loved it as well. I used left over Tbone steak. awesome. I will be making it again.
