Nice and easy! I used pork chunks intead of cutting up pork chops.

This is an excellent meal choice. I make it regularly. It warms up well for lunches as well.

My family is not fond of ginger so I left that out and instead added fresh garlic to the meat! It was great!! Even my four year old loved it he even ate all the veggies

My husband and I dislike ginger and I dislike honey, so we made this without both, and it was still delicious. Very easy, too! I will definitely be adding this to my list of favorites, and as a tasty alternative to barbequing pork chops or breading them and baking them. Yum!
