I liked this recipe, though, I have to say it taste better after it's sat for awhile and the flavors have gotten into the veggies. I actually liked it better the next day as leftovers better than when I first made it.

This is a simple recipe with fresh tastes. I loved it and will make it again. I did make some changes. I used the whole bag of vegetables and I also added some lite cream cheese and did not add the parmesan cheese to save on calories. It was great.

I really enjoyed this recipe, but I would rather use fresh vegetables than the frozen stir-fry ones. I will definitely make it again!

My two teenage children and I made this recipe twice over a period of several days, once with chicken and the other time with beef sausage. Both meals were absolutely enjoyable and very easy to make. We added extra seasoning especially onion powder for more flavor and we did brown the chicken with very little time added. We will continue to make this recipe in the future.

Family didn't enjoy this recipe. Was very easy to make, but the sour cream was a bit overpowering.
