My husband, a steak & potatoes guy, loved this. He even took the leftovers to work the next day for his lunch. That's quite a compliment!

I made this recipe today and I really enjoyed it. I grilled my chicken instead, added a bit of fresh garlic and some pepper flakes, sprinkled a bit of parsley and finished it off with garlic bread.

This recipe is much better when fresh veggies are used and sauted along with the chicken. It is also good with shrimp.

Awesome - tastes incredible! I used a package of frozen Cauliflower, Broccoli, & carrots combination. To lower fat content, used fat free cream cheese.

Find some really good stir-fry veggies for this one for the best results. We loved it! After gathering the ingredients it seemed to take no time to make, either. Loved that, too!

We found it a bit bland and decided that if we make it again we will use garlic and red pepper and less cream cheese.
