What You Need

1/2

lb. spaghetti, uncooked

cups frozen stir-fry vegetables

Tbsp. oil

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained

1/4

cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

1/2

cup (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread

1/4

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

COOK spaghetti in large saucepan as directed on package, adding stir-fry vegetables to the boiling water for the last 3 min.

MEANWHILE, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 6 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in tomatoes and dressing; bring to boil. Simmer on medium heat 4 min., stirring occasionally. Add cream cheese spread; cook and stir until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended.

DRAIN spaghetti mixture; place in large bowl. Add chicken mixture; toss to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan.

Substitute

Substitute your favorite frozen vegetables for the stir-fry vegetables. Or, use cut-up fresh vegetables; just add to the cooking water for the last 4 min. of the spaghetti cooking time.

This was good and was easy. I would recommend using extra broccoli if you want to get more veggies in the recipe. Also if you like it hot red pepper flakes are great in it!

This was EXCELLENT! I took some rater's advice and made the chicken and sauce ahead of time to let the ingredients come together. My husband said it didn't look very appetizing at first, but when he tried it....he LOVED it!!!!

This dish is wonderful. However, it tastes wonderful the second day. Made this yesterday and the dressing was kind of overpowering, but had left-overs today for lunch and it was wonderful! The flavors had blends together and now the dressing wasn't too much. This is a dish that I will make again, but I plan to make it ahead next time to give those flavors time to blend.

My mom & I loved it. It was delicious & also healthy. We already gave out this recipe like we did with the other recipes.

Very good although becomes dry and sticky when cools so serve when hot/warm and eat quick!

This was ok. I actually thought it was a little dry. Maybe I cooked it for too long. I cooked the chicken in garlic and pepper which I think helped.

Frankly, it sounded kind of gross on paper but boy is this a shocker! Tastes great, easy to make and presents really well. And there are all kinds of ways to make it a healthy dish.

This was great! I actually think it would have been better without the chicken. The veggies, sauce, and pasta were superb together!
