This is one of my favorite winter recipes.... The combination of potatoes, meat and veggies and the perfect amount of sauce make for a superb dinner.... Add a dinner roll (or a few) and I make for a very happy camper!

If this recipe is made exactly as written, I think it would be bland. However, I made it with the following modifications and it was delicious! I salted and peppered the chicken and added poultry seasoning while cooking. Instead of salad dressing, I added olive oil, red wine vinegar, italian seasoning and a splash of white wine. The white wine really enhanced the sauce. Overall, quick & easy and very good.

This recipe is very good! I was thinking that it wouldn't be enough liquid but it was the perfect amount. The only thing I changed was I added more dressing and didn't add as much sour cream. I can't wait to make it again!

Tasted great!!! I loved this - I made my own "cream of" soup using flour, butter, broth and red wine and since I only had 1/4 c plain yogurt I used that in place of the 1/2 c sour cream. Added some Italian herbs to the chkn while that was cooking as well. Wonderful & comforting!

Very easy & very tasty! Good comfort food. I always use whatever potatoes I have on hand. I also frugalize this with my dry "cream" soup mix. My family loves it.

Very good with some alterations. I added thyme, nutmeg, a soup can full of water, and some half and half for a more stew-like consistency. Also seasoned the chicken and potatoes with salt and pepper, and pan fried the potatoes in oil after the chicken was done.

This was really easy. We couldn't find peas and carrots, so we just used peas, and regular Italian instead of Zesty; it turned out great and we even had leftovers. We'll definitely make this again.
