Sorry, this one was not so good. I usually LOVE all of your recipes, there was a bit of an undertaste from the salad dressing,in my opinion, I did like leaving the peels on the potatoes, though for added fiber and color.

I made this according to the recipe except for I didn't put in the extra sour cream to make it healthier. It was great and my husband and I loved it.

I would cut the potatoes in small cubes - bite size instead of quartered. Needed more sauce and not as thick so I would add low fat/low sodium chicken broth. Used frozen mixed vegetables (that is all I had in the freezer) and it worked out just fine

For a busy family, this is a good basic winter dish. Very easy preparation and familiar flavors. Serves as a good base recipe for easy substitutions of vegetables and addition of spices to suit particular tastes. We enjoyed the addition of rosemary per suggestion on this list.

Sounded so delicious and my mouth was watering for it...too bad that this dish looked better than it tasted. Not one of my favorites and don't see myself making it again in the future.

Just a couple changes...we doubled the recipe and also added mushrooms...Very good, will make again for sure!

i changed some things around with this recipe. i used light cream instead of sour cream and used less to make it creamy. i found the dressing to be a bit overpowering with flavor and i used a wider variety of veggies as we love all kinds. overall i would make this again, but continue to tweak it to my family's tastes.

I followed other people's comments and cooked the vegetables and potatoes first. It was tasty, but after a generous portion, my husband was still hungry a few hours later. This is from a guy who's all about portion control...
