This was VERY yummy. My husband and I have tried so many blah, bland stew recipes lately. This was very tasty, and the leftovers, the little there was, disappeared before I could have any!!!

For some reason, it seemed like the sour cream made the stew clumpy and left it with an aftertaste I wasn't particulary fond of. I made a larger amount so to see how it turned out was disappointing. The only thing I did differently was cook it in my crockpot so I don't know if that's why it turned out the way it did. I probably won't make it again.

I made this version "light" by substituting low fat cream of mushroom soup and using fat free sour cream as well as using a vegetarian chicken substitute. YUMMY

My family and I really loved this recipe. It was so simple and quick. I do have a few picky eaters, so I think I'll have to skin the potatoes next time! :) I didn't think it was too bland. I added a dash of salt and pepper and a tad more salad dressing and thought the flavor was great.

This stew was bland. It needs something to make it more flavorful.

Didn't care for this recipe. Tasted like it was missing something but couldn't pin point it. The final product may be better if put into a pie crust and cooked as a pot pie.

It took about 20 minutes to make!! I used canned peas and corn instead of the frozen peas and carrots and my family loved it!! Quick, easy, and delicious!!!

I made a lot of substitutions and this was still really good and I would make again. I used canned veggies becuase it was what I had. I subbed Ceasar for Italian and also used regular Idahos instead of red potatoes. My 21 month daughter old ate it up!

Wow! I made this dish after reading many of the reviews. I put the quartered potatoes in the crockpot on low before leaving for work so they were nice and tender by the time I got home. I didn't have the Italian dressing but felt comfortable using a can of Cream of Chicken with Herbs soup with 1/4 cup potato water--those who were commenting on needing more flavor might want to try this. Added peas and the sour cream. Easy, quick and delicious!

Great easy dish! I added some additional chicken and a can of Healthy Chicken Corn Chowder Soup. Delicious! And I served it with Corn Bread.
