What You Need

lb. new potatoes, quartered

Tbsp. water

Tbsp. oil

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

can (10-3/4 oz.) reduced-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup

cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing

cups frozen peas and carrots

1/2

cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream

Make It

MICROWAVE potatoes and water in covered microwaveable dish on HIGH 7 min. or until potatoes are tender. Meanwhile, heat oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 7 min. or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally.

ADD potatoes, soup, dressing and frozen vegetables to chicken in saucepan; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 3 min. or until chicken is done and vegetables are heated through.

STIR in sour cream; cook 1 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

When I was sauteing the chicken, I added chunks of onion,salt and pepper. I also added fresh parsley I had on hand to the finished sauce. It was very good.

This is just the kind of chicken stew, that I have been lookin for many years. It turned out just fine, but it needed just a little salt to finish it off and round out the flavors. I am looking forward to maing this again, very soon.

This was easy, delicious & ALL of my 6 children ate it & some had seconds! My hubby said it was his new favorite! I've also served it for company & they all raved, too!

I made this the first time about a year ago. Since then, we have it often in the cold weather months. My family loves it and it is so easy and quick to prepare. Very flavorful!! Definately a keeper!

This was a very quick and easy recipe. It had a wonderful flavor. I forgot to add the sour cream, but it was still delicious. I used all low fat ingredients and my husband did not notice.

This was very good and easy to make, but just slightly bland. I added a little salt and a lot of pepper to my serving and would do so to the whole dish next time.

This is good. I made the vegetables on the side since certain children in my household don't like their food all mixed together like that. But everyone liked the flavor of the chicken and potatoes in the sauce. And it was very quick and easy!
