This was good, but once again, the Italian dressing taste was too much for me.

We didnt care for it to much. It was to bulky. We didnt like the frozen peas and carrots either. Also we dished it up and gave it away. I hope they like it!

After reading all the reviews on this recipe, I decided to give it a try. I omitted the dressing and used spices, and added a little milk to the soup as it seemed a little too thick. My husband loved it, and said it was a keeper, and to make it again. Only thing is, it's very filling so a little goes a long way.

This recipe was really good. The salad dressing added a nice flavor. I would definitely make this again.

excellent - I added some grilled carmelized onions which helped add some flavor - you might also substitute frozen southern home fries for the red skin potato

Delicious and so easy! My husband loved this. I served the stew with fresh hot homemade (bread machine, that is) bread and it was the perfect dinner for a cold winter night.
