Really good and really easy to make. I didn't have any italian dressing so I substituted some italian spices, it gave it a great flavor!! Also, I used a can of peas and carrots instead of frozen, turned out real nice! I will be making this one for my family again soon!

We thought this was very tasty. The only change I made was to add 1/2 of a chopped onion because I am an onion freak. I added the onion to the chicken as I was browning it. Very good quick & easy meal.

I'm a little baffled at the comments so far. Overall I thought the recipe was good but am I the only one who thought it was too dry? I added about 3/4 soup can of milk to the recipe to give it more of a sauce like real stew and instead of frozen peas and carrots I used frozen mixed vegetables. I would make this again it has a great flavor and is quite easy but it needs more liquid. I might suggest a can of chicken broth instead of milk.

We didn't like the Dressing taste. If I where to make this again, I would add Garlic and Thyme, and maybe Rosemary...Leave out the dressing... I think this might also be good with some grated cheese ! Everything got cooked at the sametime, so it was not over cooked.. I put the potatoes in the microwave to bake, then cut them up and put everything together after the Chicken was saute..

Next time, I will cook the potatoes, peas and carrots seperately, to make sure they are all cooked through, before adding to the stew. Otherwise, this was excellent!!

I made this the other night for my family and they loved it! I served small bowls of rice along with it. I will most definitely cook this again.

I would make this again, however, I would not add the Italian Dressing. Too much vinegar taste remains, You can definately taste it. I used a Greek seasoning mixture to enhance the flavor and it really helped. I think a product like Mrs. Dash would be a good substitute if you don't have Cavendar's. I might also add more chicken next time.

It was a quick put-together dish, especially since I cooked the chicken the night before, for after dinner tonight and got a thumbs up from everyone at the table

Quick and easy plus great tasting. Note: I would cut the potatoes even smaller to make sure they get done and are easier to eat for my little one.
