What You Need

lb. new potatoes, quartered

Tbsp. water

Tbsp. oil

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

can (10-3/4 oz.) reduced-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup

cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing

cups frozen peas and carrots

1/2

cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream

Make It

MICROWAVE potatoes and water in covered microwaveable dish on HIGH 7 min. or until potatoes are tender. Meanwhile, heat oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 7 min. or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally.

ADD potatoes, soup, dressing and frozen vegetables to chicken in saucepan; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 3 min. or until chicken is done and vegetables are heated through.

STIR in sour cream; cook 1 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

It was an instant hit! I made three times the recipe and used 2 cans of cream of chicken and one cheddar cheese soup and mixed vegetables. It was delectable but next time, I'll add a tablespoon or so of cooking sherry and serve with crusty bread!

This recipe was excellent! Even my picky eaters liked this one. It was very easy to make.

Very easy and very tasty. I used the frozen peas and carrots as directed, however it took much longer to cook that the recipe suggests. In the furture I would probably either used canned veggies or cook the frozen ones a little before adding them into the recipe.

This was wonderful. I doubled the dressing. I added onion with the chicken, but other than that, followed the recipe exactly. I did add salt and pepper to my serving, but my family thought it was perfect the way it was prepared. I also served with bakery fresh multi grain bread. This would be great mixture for pot pie too. MMMMMMM.....

I was out of cream of chicken soup, so I used condensed tomato soup, which gave the dish a very nice taste! I used a can of peas instead of frozen, very good!

Great dish. Modified it for our liking. Left out the dressing. Added sauteed onion, milk and used a whole deboned chicken. Also added broccoli florettes in place of 1 cup peas/carrots. Salt and pepper to taste. Great for biscuits! Even better the next day......

This was a great quick supper....the only thing I would do different is eliminate the italian dressing...I thought this gave it a vinegar taste of some sort. I served it over biscuits...very comforting on a cold winter evening.

Tasty, I seasoned the meat while it was cooking. My husband didn't like it to much because of the sour cream. I also added milk to it that helped some with the thickness of it but if I make it again I may try and find a substitute for the sour cream. It was really good on biscuits. Will make again but modify it for our taste.

It looks good but the flavor is lacking. I was hoping for a creamy homestyle taste. I think maybe another can of soup is needed. I used cream of chicken w/herbs and that smelled good until I mixed everything together and the whole thing lost it's flavor. If you don't use more soup or something for flavor/sauce then different veggies are needed to give it something. I will make this again but modification is definetly needed.
