What You Need

lb. new potatoes, quartered

Tbsp. water

Tbsp. oil

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

can (10-3/4 oz.) reduced-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup

cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing

cups frozen peas and carrots

1/2

cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream

Make It

MICROWAVE potatoes and water in covered microwaveable dish on HIGH 7 min. or until potatoes are tender. Meanwhile, heat oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 7 min. or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally.

ADD potatoes, soup, dressing and frozen vegetables to chicken in saucepan; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 3 min. or until chicken is done and vegetables are heated through.

STIR in sour cream; cook 1 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

So, easy, and super fast. We loved it. I didn't have the carrots and peas, so we just used a California Blend (frozen). It was AWESOME. My 5 year old and almost 2 year old ATE IT UP!!

Will definitely make again. I also added some onion and celery. I had it on table in 35 minutes.

I decided to make this in my crock pot and it came out great. I added all the ingredients and put it on low for about 8 hours. I served it with warm biscuits and even had left overs the next night. My family loved it! Awesome receipt!

My family said to please never make this again. They said it was like having a chicken pot pie with no crust and not very tasty.

I found it very easy and quick to make. Didn't require a lot of ingredients. Very flavorful, and low in fat.

This was VERY yummy. My husband and I have tried so many blah, bland stew recipes lately. This was very tasty, and the leftovers, the little there was, disappeared before I could have any!!!
