If you make this recipe exact it is bland. It needs to be spiced up a bit. I marinated the chicken in the Italian dressing (did not need to use the oil for browning since the chicken was coated in dressing)and used two cans of cream of chicken soup. I added garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic salt & pepper. I did not have frozen peas & carrots so I used peas with pearl onions. I only had fresh carrots so I cooked them with the potatoes in the microwave. When serving I added a little red hot sauce. With all the tweeks it was delicious.

We love this recipe. I did make a few changes to the original. I substituted ranch dressing for the italian and added a can of corn, another can of cream of chicken and garlic powder. It is my favorite winter soup. It also makes great leftover meals. I like to pour it in a casserole dish and put biscuits on top, then bake.

This recipe was super easy. So many ways you could substitute i.e. cream cheese for sour cream, mushroom soup, etc. Change up the veggies. Serve over rice, or serve over an open faced biscuit. Family loved it. I added a dash of tarragon YUMM-O!! AA ++++++

This was pretty tasty, but there wasn't enough liquid, so I added some milk. I also think the dressing taste was a little overpowering, so next time I make it I think I will add less dressing, and season the chicken while cooking.

I have never rated a recipe until now. This was so good and easy, I felt compelled to share my thoughts. I did read the other reviews and make some changes based on them. I did the following: 1) salt, pepper and garlic powder added when cooking the chicken 2) added chunks of onion and steamed them with the potatoes which I steamed for about 12 minutes and used a bit more than called for because they were larger 3) doubled the amount of soup called for which I am thankful I did because the amount of sauce was perfect 4) used a tad less dressing than was called for - it is pretty powerful tasting The whole family commented on how delicious this was and wants me to make it again just the same way. Winning recipe for easy weeknight dinner!

This was easy and the flavor awesome! Although I used Asparagus Stir Fry Vegetables and also added some Parm cheese. Tasted like Chicken Alfredo pot pie w/out the crust!

I thought it was quick and easy as well as very tasty. Although I did not use frozen peas and carrots because all I had was canned. They seemed to work out ok with recipe
