What You Need

lb. new potatoes, quartered

Tbsp. water

Tbsp. oil

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

can (10-3/4 oz.) reduced-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup

cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing

cups frozen peas and carrots

1/2

cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream

Make It

MICROWAVE potatoes and water in covered microwaveable dish on HIGH 7 min. or until potatoes are tender. Meanwhile, heat oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 7 min. or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally.

ADD potatoes, soup, dressing and frozen vegetables to chicken in saucepan; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 3 min. or until chicken is done and vegetables are heated through.

STIR in sour cream; cook 1 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Made this today for the first time and after reading some of the comments, added onion to the oil, then the chicken. To the chicken I then added poultry seasoning and rosemary, it smelled delicious. I follwed directions with everything else, turned out really good, but will do less of the dressing next time, it almost overpowers the rest of the flavors.

This was very good and quite easy to make. My husband liked it a lot and he is pretty picky. He hates peas so I used frozen corn instead. Not as healthy, but very tasty. The only thing he suggested is that I should add something to make it a little spicy next time, so I might try some hot sauce or garlic and cayenne or something like that to jazz it up a bit. But, overall, a nice "comfort food" type of meal for a cold winter day. Will make again!!

Great recipe i like creamy i had to add a little water because it was a little thick and instead of peas and carrots i used mixed vegetables. I tried it on a biscuit it tasted much better alone. No left overs. thanks for the recipe. angel

My sister made this recipe, and I thought it was fantastic! I was kind of leary at first about having italian dressing in it, but after tasting it, I thought it had a nice zing to it. The only item I did not care for was the potato. I, myself, like my potato on the softer side, so I would cook mine longer to soften them up more. I can't wait to make this for my husband!

This had an odd flavor I didn't much care for. The zesty Italian tastes strange with the other items you add into the creamy sauce. I microwaved the potatoes much longer than the recipe said, and after adding them to the dish and sitting down to eat, we realized they still weren't cooked through, but I guess you could attribute this to our microwave rather than the recipe itself. I won't be making this again.

I made this recipe exactly as directed but accidentaly left out the sour cream. My family loved it. Served with warm biscuits this recipe was a hit.

Sorry, this one was not so good. I usually LOVE all of your recipes, there was a bit of an undertaste from the salad dressing,in my opinion, I did like leaving the peels on the potatoes, though for added fiber and color.
