This was easy to prepare and made a great weeknight meal. It lacked a little flavor (I added extra sweet and sour and soy sauce which helped).

Very good!! My husband who doesn't really care for stir-fry said it was great. And the left overs are even better. Everyone at work wanted a taste.

This was pretty easy and extremely delicious! It really tasted like a dish from a takeout menu. I used light balsamic dressing to lower the calories a little, and it came out great.

A tastey, quick and easy stir fry, good tasting sauce. I used whole grain rice instead.

Why does it look so light in color in your picture? When I added the soy sauce, it turned brown.

Great taste, and easy to make! I substituted a package of frozen mixed stirfry veggies for the green peppers, and added sliced almonds to jazz it up a bit, and give it some texture. Also after it's cooked you can add some pineapple chunks, if you like the taste, my huband doesn't but I do so I added them with mine , really yummie!

It was excellent ~ my husband and 3 kids under 6 yo really enjoy it to. It was a great hit with my daughtet who is the oldest and my pickest eater (went bk for 3rds). I did swap the white rice for the brown and used "Lite" Balsamic Vinigrette. My husband was very happy to hear that we had l/o's. I know what he's having for lunch :).

The only thing I would do differant I would use brown rice instead of white rice. Also make my own sweet and sour sauce that way less calories.
