This was such a quick and flavorful dinner sandwich. We loved how the dressing really boosted the flavor of the veggies and complimented the sausage.

This recipe was very good. However, I don't like how much fat is in this sandwich. I could not find low fat Italian sausage. I used Italian diced tomatoes. I served it with baked tater tots and a lettuce salad. I will make it again, but not very often due to the fat content.

I made this tonight and it was very easy. It had a very good flavor. The kids only ate the sausage and bread, but that was better than nothing. I will make this again.

one word..YummY! Better than you would get if you ordered out! Hubby ate 2! I ate 1 1/2! The 5yo...minus the peppers and onions!

This was very good and my husband loved it too. I made a few changes and used what I had on hand. I used roasted red pepper with parmesan cheese salad dressing, frozen peppers and cheddar cheese and it was delicious.

Very good!! The cooking time for the sausage was more than twelve minutes and I sliced them to brown the inside before I placed them in the oven @ 400 to keep them warm.

My kids loved this. Just mild enough for them to eat 2 sandwiches! I cooked the peppers and onions with the sausage to have them a little more soft and to get the flavor with the sausages. I doubled the recipe for a family of 5 (all boys).

The vegetables with the sausage and the juices all mix so well in this delicious sub. I had tons of compliments on this dish. My oldest son loved this dish and people were having seconds.
