Pretty good, though as usual, I did a lot of altering. Carmelized the chopped onions in a seperate pan with a little butter, sugar and olive oil. Then added it to the sausage pan with: 3 cloves minced garlic, 1/2 c Ragu Chunky Tomato, Garlic & Onion Sauce, 1/3 c dry red wine, 2 tsp each of fresh Basil and Greek Oregano, the dressing & the can of diced tomatoes w/juice (though, I got petite), parsley and just 2 tablespoons of Half&Half. Then followed the rest of the recipe as suggested, LOL. Came out really good, the family loved it.
