I used a pineapple salsa just to be different & it was a great twist on normal shake & bake!

Hubby and daughter really liked this. I'm sure there will be repeat requests for this dish.

I really liked how easy this recipe was, and it was delicious! I paired it with Kraft's Black Bean and Rice Salad, and they both tasted great. I did need more than the 20 minutes the recipe called for to cook the chicken all the way through though. Will make it again.

My husband would not stop talking about this dish! He loved it so much! For a kick to it, I added just a bit of salsa to the bed of rice I served the chicken on. YUM!!!!

I do not consider myself a cook and I do not particularly enjoy to cook, but this was an easy dish for a beginner like me :)

It was easy, and quick. Pounded the chicken thinner to lessen cook time. Start to finish less than an hour. And that was waiting on 20 minute instead of 1 min. rice.

So easy, and delish! I suggest a "fun" salsa instead of plain to make it interesting.

My son, who isn't a meat lover, really liked this recipe as much as we did. Only thing I would change is maybe using bruschetta instead of salsa. Couldn't be easier.
