This recipe sounded like it had potential to be very good but when I made it I found a problem with it. As per directions, I added the salsa and cheese then baked the chicken for 5 minutes. However, when I took the chicken out the coating had become wet and mushy which neither myself nor my family cared for. I tried this again another time except I added only the cheese and served the salsa on the side. It tasted okay and worked out better because the coating stayed crispy.
