I enjoyed this recipe a lot it was very easy to make a quick however, I did find the shake-n-bake to be too salty for my taste. The second time around I mixed 1/2 shake-n-bake and 1/2 regular bread crumbs and it was fantastic.

I put what salsa we had in the house and used cheddar cheese, I didnt put salsa on all of the pieces as my granddaughter likes a different kind than we do, but all in all I would make this again, it was so easy!!

I coated the chicken in Ritz crumbs instead of the Shake n Bake. It was moist and delicious and had lots of flavor!

Extremely simple to make, very tasty. I did some with chicken and some with tofu sticks for myself. The tofu had to be moistened with a bit of soy mayo first, but it was quite good.

This is super easy and really delicious. I used regular bread crumbs instead, and it came out well. This is great because it goes well with various side dishes.

I loved how the chicken came out crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Very easy to make.
