I really enjoyed this recipe it was a good way to mix it up and not have just regular chicken and was super easy.

This was very simple to make. My husband like it pretty well. Just a different take on Shake-N-Bake to keep it interesting.

It was really good and super easy to make in a hurry. My husband and oldest son are very picky eaters and they loved it. The only thing He didnt like was the txture of the salsa. So for some of them I just cut them down the center and put taco sauce inside of the chicken instead. It was very good. Will be making it again.

Very tasty and easy. But, we just found the full chicken breasts to be too much. Next time I will pound the chicken into thinner cutlets or maybe use tenders instead.
