Have not made it, because the Sodium contens is way too high. That is the problem with most of the time safing products..... they contain too much Sodium to be healthy.

I haven't made this yet but know that I will use it often, so easy for large family dinners-no last minute preparations--Love the calorie and nutrician count with each recipe- -always striving to serve healthy meals

I make this ALOT, but instead of using Shake N Bake, I bread the chicken with crushed up tortilla chips, it is gluten free (assuming you get corn tortillas) and it is WAY yummy!

We older people that have acid reflux don't need Salsa. I added chopped seeded tomatoes instead and served with Cheese & Spaghetti in liew of Mac & Cheese and had Cole Slaw.

My husband loved it. I cut my chicken breasts in half before coating, just to make sure they'd be cooked all the way, and because it gave me slightly smaller serving sizes, and it was excellent!
