I am not a very huge fan of peas, but with this recipe I found myself taking a second helping, with lots of peas in particular! I substituted spiral noodle pasta for the rice and then mixed everything together in the pan for a one-pan meal. I also forgot to add the paresan cheese and it was still very tasty. I added a dash of salt and pepper before serving, definately worth repeating this recipe. My picky daughter LOVED it, practically licked the plate clean.
