Easy Brunch Bake

Easy Brunch Bake recipe

One tempting whiff of the bacon in our brunch bake, and there'll be a line at the table. With cheese, eggs and savory stuffing, they'll never guess it's better for them.

This was an easy and tasty dish that I fixed for brunch and I made it to the receipe. Being a nurse, I found that portion size is the key to good health and nutrition. I served this with a salad and a light desert and my friends, most of whom are watching their way of eating, really enjoyed it. I will make this again.

Very tasty and quick. To the previous comment about lack of nutritional value-look at the ingredients closer (i am sure your family would enjoy a few empty calories!)

This was a positively delicious recipe. I also disagree with the previous poster. Using the fat free milk and cheese saves you FAT and un necessary calories. The spinach does give it an added nutritional value and in and of itself makes this breakfast definitely NOT empty calorie. My son loved it and I usually have a hard time getting him to eat spinach. We also used turkey sausage which saved fat as well.

This was such a good and easy recipe. It is delicious and looks appealing on the plate. The stuffing adds great flavor. It was a big hit at the brunch!

I used escarole in place of the spinach and turkey bacon. The recipe was both tasty and very easy to prepare. It would work well for company, a pot luck or as a side dish.
