What a simple, beautiful dessert! I sprayed the pan with baking spray, added parchment paper and put the crust directly on it. The next day I was able to lift it and take the parchment off. Then I added the chocolate. Just like the picture!

This was a hit at the office. This is the one of the best cheesecake recipes I have found. I omited the coconut and the pecans and read other reviews about lining the pan with foil plus a touch of Pam cooking spray. Thanks to all for the advice. If you haven't tried this recipe. TRY IT! It's awesome!

This was so delicious!! I could have eaten the crust alone, but the cheesecake was excellent too!! I will make this again, for sure!

A big hit and so much easier than I thought! Made it for Thanksgiving and will make it for Christmas. Leave out the nuts and coconut to avoid overdoing it. Definitely use parchment so you can lift out the cake, but also be sure to spray the pan directly and the parchment before putting in crust. GREAT recipe!

This recipe is a crowd pleaser! It looks a lot more difficult than it is. I left out the nuts and coconut and it was a huge hit at a friends party. We topped it with Chocolate covered strawberries!!

This is yummy! I left out the nuts and the coconut for a smoother cheesecake.

I used 1/2 regular Oreo's and 1/2 Vanilla Oreos for the crust. And then added heaping Tbs. of peanut butter to the chocolate. This is SO good.
