To get the cake out of the pan, line pan with Pam coated foil, Release, parchment paper, etc. You can cut to exact size of bottom of pan and use a knife to loosen sides or cover entire pan, pressing firmly. Either way, peel the foil off the cake after removing from pan. Hint: Fit foil against outside of pan, then transfer to inside.
