Broccoli & Cheddar Quiche

What You Need

cup sliced fresh mushrooms

cup each chopped onions and broccoli

eggs

1/3

cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

1/3

cup milk

cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

frozen deep-dish pie crust (9 inch)

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

COOK vegetables in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

BEAT eggs, dressing and milk in medium bowl with whisk until well blended. Stir in vegetable mixture and cheese; pour into pie crust. Place on baking sheet.

BAKE 40 to 45 min. or until center of quiche is set and top is golden brown. Let stand 10 min. before slicing to serve.

First tried this a couple of years ago when it was displayed on a Kraft calendar. I've been making it from time to time for Sunday brunch ever since, and it's always a home-run!

This is very easy and fast to make. We topped the quiche with a dab of sour cream. Yummy!

This recipe is delicious but I would probaly use only 4 eggs. When I put it in the pie crust it overflowed making a bit of a mess.

This recipe is a family favorite. It is very flavorful and is a big hit everytime I make it. I usually bake 2 at a time and freeze one for later.

I make this quiche about once a week it seems. Everytime I make it for anyone else they always ask for the recipe. The Miracle Whip in it is a GREAT flavor. Right now I have a Spinach & Bacon & Tomato & Mushroom Cheese Quiche in the Oven and a Bacon & Cheese one in for the kids. A++++

This an amazing quiche! My whole family loved it's fluffy texture and delicious flavor. I can't wait to try adding other ingredients, but it is perfect the way it is too. We will be definitely be making it again.
