Very easy and very good. I only used 3 eggs.

I made this the first time for "breakfast day" at work, and now I have to bring it into the office at least once a month, because everyone agrees it's the best ever! I usually increase the cheese to a cup and a half, and make lots of different variations, yum.

Okay for a quiche, but I've had much better ones. I won't make it again.

I get a big chuckle when people say - Oh, it was great - but changed several of the ingredients! So, here's my 2 cents. The only thing I changed was the Miracle Whip. I used light mayo. This quiche is excellent....love, love, love it.

Loved this one! The versatility of this recipe makes it awesome. Plus the fact that is tastes great! (Used light Mayo instead of cool whip, egg beaters instead of eggs and ham instead of mushrooms.)

This recipe came out delicious!! My whole family loved it (including 2 very picky little boys age 5/3). I changed it around a little to suit our family taste buds. I added chopped ham. Instead of mushroom i added olives and instead of onion I used green onion. I also used half n half since that is all i had (instead of milk). And i added one more egg (6 total) because it looked like a lot of veggies. Even with the changes it turned out Great! I will prob make once a week. good way to sneak in veggies.
