I also doubled the veggies and added pepper and hot sauce. It was very easy, tasted great and my husband loved it! Will definetly make again especially when family visits.

This was really good! I used mayonaise instead of Miracle Whip so I added 1 tsp of dijon mustard to the egg mixture for some added flavor. I also seasoned the vegetables with salt, pepper and italian seasoning blend while they were sauteeing. Will make this again.

To make it a little lighter, I used 4 egg whites and 2 whole eggs (or you could try Egg Beaters) and Miracle Whip Lite. I also used 1 1/2 cups broccoli and only 1/2 cup mushrooms (because others in my family don't care too much for mushrooms) and 1/2 cup onion. It turned out well, and I will definitely make it again.

Used mayo instead of Miracle Whip and it was great! (It needed a little salt & pepper.) Used steam in the bag broccoli while mushrooms and onions were sauteing in the pan! EASY & so GOOD!

I usually like quiche chunky so I put twice the amount of veggies. Very good!

Wow, a great quiche recipe, it was so tasty and the texture was perfect. I added salt and pepper for extra flavor. Makes great leftovers.

My husband kids (ages 4 and 2) loved this recipe. I couldn't believe it! I added chopped roasted red peppers to the crust before I poured in the quiche mix. DeLICIOUS -- my daughter said YUMMO!

miracle whip added too much of a tang to the quiche. will make it w/o dressing next time and will add some kind of meat.
