Broccoli & Cheddar Quiche

What You Need

cup sliced fresh mushrooms

cup each chopped onions and broccoli

eggs

1/3

cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

1/3

cup milk

cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

frozen deep-dish pie crust (9 inch)

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

COOK vegetables in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

BEAT eggs, dressing and milk in medium bowl with whisk until well blended. Stir in vegetable mixture and cheese; pour into pie crust. Place on baking sheet.

BAKE 40 to 45 min. or until center of quiche is set and top is golden brown. Let stand 10 min. before slicing to serve.

We found this recipe to be easy and quick to prepare for a delicious Sunday Brunch. Served it with fresh vegetables and fresh fruit! We loved it!

This was the easiet Quiche recipe I've ever made and it was absolutely delicious! I used an already made refrigerated pie crust. I will definately make this again!

i thought i would like this recie because i love quiches but i did not really like this one. it tasted like something was missing but i could not figure out what. but other than that it was just ok.

Easy and good! I mixed in 1 lb of sausage to give it some "uumph" and it was fantastic! I will definitely make this again!

I liked this recipe, because I love broccoli. The one thing I would sugguest is to put at least a 1/2 tsp. of salt. I put colby jack on top before baking, and the best part was the top crust!!! I'd make this recipe again, I'm just glad it's so versiitile!

This was easy and delicious! I added roasted red peppers - next time, I'll add some bacon or ham too. Highly recommended!

It was great. My toddlers even loved it. Great way to sneak those veggies in, and to get rid of a lot of eggs.

Great recipe. I "tweaked" it to lower the fat content. Used 3 egg whites and 2 eggs. Used Miracle Whip Lite and lo fat shredded cheese. Different foods can be added to this recipe. It was great. My husband loved it, "Real Men Don't Eat Quiche"!!!!
