My husband and I are on Weight Watchers and always counting points. I made this for Thanksgiving using the Sugar Free Jell-O and Cool Whip Lite, for 1/2 serving it was 2 points. It was very good and satisfying. This is a dessert that I make for everyday, just not holidays. I just pour it into small to go containers for work.

Extremely easy, and very tasty. Came out of mold fine without cooking spray. However, top part collapsed right away and broke apart and slid off to sides.

This was such a show stopper! I made this for thanksgiving...out of every dessert: pumpkin pie, cupcakes, traditional desserts in the family...this dessert stood out so much. Everyone was asking what it was. It literally took under 5 min. and the plate was emptied! I got a tiny piece...and it was heavenly: light, creamy, jello-y...it was truly different. Everyone thought it was complicated to make but little did they know it consisted of only 3 ingredients! Thank you so much craft foods...happy holidays :)))))

It was easy to unmold. I coated the container with veggie oil and it slipped right out with only 15 seconds in warm water around the bottom. Was slightly disappointed the top part was so "plain jello". Was hoping a bit of the Cool Whip was still in it and not all at the bottom. It was good and will probably make again.

This recipe was pretty tasty, but the top slid off 7 ran down to the sides, it did not mold properly. Will try again using much less hot water, maybe 3 cups hot water is too much.

This recipe was fun to unmold. It looked great but it was too tall and slid apart. It tasted fine and I may use red and green for holidays but I think I will mold in some thing not so tall or fill the molds with less.
