I think it calls for too much water, tried making it and had it in the fridge for 12 hours and it still did not look set up. When I removed it from the mold it totally flopped. Might try making it again with one cup less water. <<< Response from Kraft Kitchens Expert, Wendy ~ Be sure to use the 8-serving size package of JELL-O Brand Cherry Flavor Gelatin. Or, substitute 2 (4-serving size) packages. >>>

I've also made it with Cool Whip Light, and it was great. Do NOT use Cool Whip Free - it doesn't work. Also, I used raspberry Jell-O, and it was great, but the Mixed Fruit Jell-O tasted like bubble gum.

I'm a diabetic, so this recipe really hit the spot. Not only was it a snap to make, but it was delicious. So far, I've made it with sugarfree cherry, lemon, orange, strawberry & lime. When I serve it, I put some fresh on the plate around the bottom with a couple sprigs of fresh mint. It not only tastes GREAT, but it's very pretty. Thank you so much for this delightful dessert that my whole family enjoys with me. SMD

I made it for Christmas Eve buffet. Using lime flavored jello, it was a hit. There's always room for jello!

This is so yummy! I couldn't find the tub that they described though, and I read what happened with the larger regular tub, so I bought the 8oz. Cool Whip and halved the recipe . . . . it turned out BEAUTIFUL! Doesn't serve as many that way, but worked perfectly, and doesn't fall apart!

This worked perfectly for me and was VERY well received by my family. It set and unmolded fine for me, but I sprayed the mold well with cooking spray before I poured the mixture into the mold (I did use the cool whip container mold). I plan to make this for Christmas (and again and again)!

To quote my husband, "This stuff should be illegal." Yes, that means he liked it. It was very tasty, but didn't look nearly as pretty as the picture. I think a different mold would work better as the Cool Whip container is so tall that my top layer kind of flopped off. We'll have it again though!

Didn't really care for the taste. The mousse did slid after removing from the mold and it was in the frig longer than the time specified.
