This was a great dip to bring to our friends Taco night. Although it was very rich tasting, it got eaten fast! I changed the recipe a bit to match what ingredients I had on hand. I used a can of corn, drained, a can of mild rotel instead of tomato and jalapenos, also drained, and added some chunks of velveeta for a little bit more cheesy action :) We also served it with a tostitos. Thanks for the idea Kraft!

I made this recipe twice. The first time exactly as it said, subing the green onions for the peppers. I found it to be bland. So, I decided to try the recipe once more, but mixing in half a package of taco seasoning mix. LOVED it. Gave it the mexican taste I was looking for. I was afraid to use the whole package of taco seasoning tho...didn't want to over power it. If you don't like it the first time, try making it with taco seasoning!

mmmm... real cheesy. we added 3x jalepenos and double cheese. I think the tomatoes brought out flavor and i loved that POP! from those jalepenos. And if your family has leftover corn they won't eat, i highly recomend this easy, simple, and delicious side type dip. try it with a steak on the side.

This recipe is always a hit!! I have served it warm and cold and it was great both ways. I used canned diced tomatoes with garlic and have also made it with canned diced with jalapenos. It was great everytime and the plate is always one of the first dishes to disappear!

I personally didn't like this at all. Sounded much better than it was.

If you do it, make sure you use the crackers instead of chips. I've had better hot dips before.
