I'm not a big fan of A1 & I loved this. So simple, even easier than my mom's beef stroganoff - don't tell her :) I did double the A1 with equal amts of water - simmered ~10 min. Then added the sour cream as instructed. This made more of a sauce for noodles.
I added xtra sour cream which made it very creamy. It was delicious!
